Do you have a talent for building winning teams? Volt Lines is looking for a People Operations Manager to develop the best HR practices for its team while growing its operations with the best talent. In this role, you'll help recruit and retain staff, build pipelines for talent, create innovative talent development strategies, and ensure that Volt Lines maintains the best employee and candidate experience in line with company values and goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage recruitment lifecycle: Build the best candidate experience from finding the best talent fit to coordination of interviews. Help management in headhunting and efforts to hire specific talents that are key to our growth and excellence.
  • Be an advocate of best employee experience: Ensure that the Volt Lines culture is represented by all people and promote values through all people related processes.
  • Develop, publish, and maintain motivation related processes like recognition, wellness, in collaboration with other teams that relate to the employee experience and lifecycle.
  • Be a people advisor: Be the first point of contact for the team on their HR related queries.
  • Be a coach: Coach managers and employees on HR best practices and in accordance with our culture
  • Be an advocate of HR analytics: develop metrics based reporting on HR related KPIs and partner with management in analyzing metrics and trends and addressing areas of concerns
  • Define the best HR System fit and ensure legal compliance: Manage new and existing employee data within multiple HR-related systems including compensation and benefits, etc. Manage people related legal requirements, ie. SGK, İskur, background checks etc.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop highly scalable and available real time analytics platform using Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch for large data input streams
Work closely with data science and UI teams to define and implement various analytics features related to product
Configure, monitor, and optimize Spark and related infrastructure using Zookeeper, Mesos or similar tools

Requirements:
