Assistants on school runs operated with Volt Lines. Download the app and sign in with the details you're given.
On a live trip, the students at the next stop come up as cards. Tap Pick Up when a student boards, or No Show if they don't; each is logged with its time.
Yes. Once a student is marked on board it shows up in the parent's Volt Lines app, where they can follow the live trip too.
Use the Support button in the corner of the screen to reach the Volt Lines team straight away. After the trip you can also report what happened from the trip rating screen.
Pick the document on the documents screen, then take a photo or choose one from your gallery. You're notified once verification is complete.
