By using this Application or the services we offer, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of the information about you set out in this Privacy Policy, and you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.By using this Application you are also bound by the Google Maps Terms of Service.By using this Application you are deemed to accept our use of the Google Maps API and the HERE Maps API, and their terms:

We may use this information for the following purposes:
01 To deliver the Volt Lines service as effectively as possible for you and your device, and later to tailor the application to your preferences. 02 To improve Volt Lines. 03 To fulfil obligations arising from any agreement between us. 04 To let you benefit from Volt Lines services. 05 To contact you and tell you about changes to Volt Lines or to the services we offer (except where you have asked us not to). 06 To collect payment. 07 To analyse how users use Volt Lines for marketing and research purposes.
Volt Lines does not sell your information to third parties and does not use it for third-party marketing.

Sharing your information
Where we make a payment to you or collect money from you in connection with any Volt Lines service, including any sponsorship arrangement, credit or debit card payments will be collected by our payment processor. You may need to provide the necessary details to our payment processor so that payments can be processed; we will let you know when that information is required.
We do not share any information you provide through Volt Lines with third parties, except in the following cases:
01 If you are a driver within the Volt Lines service, sharing the driver and identity documents you upload through the application with the consultants who check them; if you are a passenger, sharing with drivers and with your company. 02 Where we have an obligation to share your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation (for example when required by a court order, or to prevent fraud or other crime). 03 We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets, or as part of a commercial or organisational restructuring; in doing so we take the steps needed to ensure your privacy rights continue to be protected. 04 We may share location and address information with Zen Drive Inc., HERE Maps and Google Maps in order to provide advanced mapping and routing services. 05 We may share information necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Volt Lines users or other third parties. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and similar purposes.
Other than as set out above, we will not share your personal information unless you give us your consent.
