We run your employee commute end to end: routing, vehicles, drivers and the app your people use. You get a monthly service instead of a fleet to manage or a vendor to chase.
A traditional contract sells you vehicles and fixed routes. We plan routes from where your employees actually live, adjust them as your team changes, and you pay for the capacity you use, not for empty seats.
From roughly 30 commuters to sites of 5,000+. Below 30 people the numbers rarely work in your favour, and we will tell you that on the call rather than after you sign.
Yes. Multi-shift plants are a large part of what we run. Each shift gets its own route plan and departure times, and changes for the next day can be made the evening before.
No. Sites are planned separately but managed in one place, so your HR or admin team sees every route, vehicle and rider under a single account.
Typically two to four weeks from signature: we collect home locations, build the routes, run a pilot week, then adjust before full rollout.
They see their stop, their pickup time and the live location of their vehicle in the app, and they check in when they board. No printed lists, no phone calls to the driver.
They update it in the app and the route is re-planned on the next optimisation cycle. Nobody needs to open a spreadsheet.
A monthly fee based on the number of riders and routes you actually need. No vehicle purchase, no per-trip surprises. We put a concrete number in front of you during the demo.
Home locations are used only to plan routes, stored on servers inside the relevant region, and never shared with third parties. We sign a data processing agreement as part of onboarding.
Twenty minutes. We take one of your real shifts, map the routes it would need, and show the monthly cost next to what you pay today. No slide deck.
