Zirve HR 2025: the question every HR team put to us on stage

Two days at the Istanbul Congress Center, a session on what corporate shuttles really cost, and one question that came back from the floor every single time: what does our service actually cost per employee?

Zirve HR 2025: the question every HR team put to us on stage

We opened with a real route plan, not a product tour

We put one thing on the screen: a live plan from a real operation, with its actual stops, departure times and occupancy on it. No feature list, no logo wall.

That decision set the tone for both days. Once there was a concrete plan in front of the room, people stopped asking what the software does and started arguing about the plan — which stop was in the wrong place, why a departure was ten minutes too early. That is a far more useful conversation, and it is not one a demo script can produce.

A real plan on the screen
Nobody asked us for software. They asked why their shuttle costs what it costs.

Three questions from the floor

Different companies, different headcounts, nearly identical questions. We wrote them down as they came, and across both days the list barely changed.

The room, mid-session
  • Where does the money actually go? — Most teams knew their monthly invoice and almost nothing underneath it. Cost per route, per site, per empty seat — that breakdown usually did not exist anywhere.
  • Why is the 07:40 always half empty? — Because it was planned once, for a headcount that has since moved. Nobody had a reason to revisit it, and no data to revisit it with.
  • Can we change a route without renegotiating everything? — This one came with visible fatigue behind it. Route changes had become a contract conversation instead of an operational one, so they simply stopped happening.

Who came with us

Operations, product and customer teams all took part, deliberately. The people who answer a route question at 07:00 on a Tuesday are the people who should hear it asked in a room full of the customers who ask it.

We are back at Zirve HR in October 2026, at stand B14 in Hall 3. Same approach: bring the operation, not the pitch.
